The background of this research is driven by the rapid development of fintech lending, which is often exploited for criminal activities, including personal data misuse. The method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that personal data misuse by fintech lending providers can take various forms, such as unauthorized data usage, illegal disclosure of personal information, and the use of malware to access data. Such violations can result in criminal penalties under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The conclusion is that there is a need for stricter supervision of fintech lending providers and increased public awareness of personal data protection. Recommendations include the implementation of stricter regulations by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), more intensive supervision by the Indonesian Fintech Association, and public education on their rights regarding personal data.
Elvia Rahmawati Miftakhul Huda Ian Firstian Aldhi Copyright (c) 2024 Elvia Rahmawati, Dr. Huda, FIRSTIAN https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 8 20 10.20473/adj.v8i1.56398 MODELING OF COMMUNITY RELOCATION AFFECTED BY THE SEMERU VOLCANIC ERUPTION IN LUMAJANG REGENCY https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/59143
The relocation program established to prepare new areas for refugees to prevent them from returning to vulnerable areas is the new area of APG Semeru. This area is referred to as temporary housing (Huntara) for victims of the Semeru eruption. The implementation process is considered highly mature as it involves many parties, including Non-Governmental Organizations such as Banser Bagana, Pramuka Peduli, and even the Indonesian Architects Association. Such synergy is crucial as it is assumed to support innovations in the new area to make it more suitable. The modeling referred to is a series of important stages carried out in disaster relocation policy management. As mentioned earlier, there are several important aspects to be examined in the effectiveness of relocation programs, namely target perceptions, collaboration, and forms of policies implemented. The research uses qualitative research model. The results of this study are: First, dynamics occur from the communication, planning, implementation to development stages. In the communication stage, differences in rationalism and empiricism regarding disasters occur. In planning, actual participation is involved, while in the implementation to development stages, it is always related to unmet needs. Second, to succeed in relocation, there are several forms of policies that must be formulated, such as emergency response policies, mitigation team formation, relocation policies, cooperation and collaboration, post-relocation, and budget policies. The initial policies implemented are related to disaster conditions, while others follow the analysis results of emergency conditions, recovery, or have entered the development stage. All policies are tailored to real-time needs analysis. Additionally, they are all formulated with policy formation, collaboration, and budget stages. Third, the policy implementation model for relocation appears to develop previous theoretical ideas or findings. Several stages such as Jitu Pasna, land clearance, infrastructure and service access, economic and social development need to be implemented with additional policy principles or elements. These include collaborative policies, budget management, and politics.
Thoriqul Haq Moses Glorino Rumambo Pandin Copyright (c) 2024 Thoriqul Haq https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 21 38 10.20473/adj.v8i1.59143 IDENTIFYING FACTORS OF RISK MANAGEMENT IN SECONDARY CITIES TO FACE THE ENERGY CRISIS IN REALIZING A RESILIENT CITY https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/38999
The challenge of the energy crisis will be a phase experienced by cities. This can be seen in the projected urban population which continues to increase by 67%. This will be a shock as well as a new pressure for city life in addition to the burden of climate change. This study aims to provide a new approach and steps in assessing the energy crisis through risk management. The system of risk management will help make it easier to analyze the energy security situation and concepts that must be faced during an energy crisis. The establishment of this management system to prevent and control the energy crisis indicated that there were still misunderstandings and disagreements regarding the factors that should be a risk. This risk management consists of the concept of strategy, goal setting, resource requirements, risk identification, risk assessment, action planning, and risk communication that dominate various literatures. The results of the identification of risk management factors will make it easier to understand the strategies and policies that will be applied to improve and improve the quality status of urban management in order to create a resilient city.

Keywords: risk management, secondary city, energy crisis, resilient city
Aditya Zulmi Rahmawan Copyright (c) 2024 Aditya Zulmi Rahmawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 39 48 10.20473/adj.v8i1.38999 MCGLUE'S DEFENSE MECHANISM ACTIVATED BY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES: A FREUDIAN PSYCHOANALYSIS STUDY https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/48285
The most important thing for parents to achieve is a safe environment for their children to grow up in. Children need to be guided properly to lead a good life in the future. Psychoanalysis, a theory by Sigmund Freud, generally discusses a person's experiences in their early stage of life. This article employs psychoanalysis as the grand theory, focuses on the relationship between childhood trauma and its impact on adulthood, and implements a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the main character of Ottessa Moshfegh's novel, McGlue. The story follows McGlue, a man who suffered childhood trauma after discovering he was unfairly treated by his mother and was continuously rejected by society. It aims to analyze the causes of his trauma and how it affected the defense mechanisms that he did in his adulthood in facing reality. The defenses he did were mostly performed when his best friend, Johnson, died. When confronted with Johnson's death, he used four defense mechanisms: selective memory, regression, projection, and denial. McGlue turned into an individual who chose violence to protect himself from hurting. This study finds that his traumatic experiences made him against the world, judging by how he consumed alcohol since he was young and continuously doing illegal and irresponsible things.
Aulia Izzah Moses Glorino Rumambo Pandin Copyright (c) 2024 Aulia Nurul Izzah, Moses Glorino Rumambo Pandin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 49 57 10.20473/adj.v8i1.48285 IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE ON WORKING HEALTH SECTOR IN PAMEKASAN CALL CARE PROGRAM IN PAMEKASAN https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/59214
Public service is the fulfillment of the wishes and needs of the community by state administrators. The basis of the establishment of the state is to meet the welfare of the people. It is the duty of the state to meet the needs of the people. One of them is the need for good health and easy access. To meet the community's need for access to health care, the Regent of Pamekasan, Baddrut Tamam, initiated a program called Pamekasan Call Care where the program is a priority program in Pamekasan. This program provides many cars spread over 178 villages located in 13 sub-districts in Pamekasan district. People who need assistance in accessing health simply call the available phone number and they will immediately be picked up to be delivered to the desired health facility. Although it has been implemented since 2020, it turns out that the implementation of this program has not been without obstacles. Problems such as the lack of the number and competence of existing human resources and limited accessibility make this a challenge for the Pamekasan Call Care program.
M Taufik Alimuddin Copyright (c) 2024 M Taufik Alimuddin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 58 63 10.20473/adj.v8i1.59214 EMOTIONAL VOID AND CHILDHOOD TRAUMA: A FREUDIAN PSYCHOANALYSIS CRITICISM ON MATT HAIG'S THE MIDNIGHT LIBRARY https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/48286
Emotion is something that is always attached to every human and holds a substantial influence in affecting humans' cognitive processes. The present study applies a qualitative approach and close reading by observing the textual context of the novel. In understanding the novel, the intrinsic elements of the story, such as plot, characters, and conflict, will be analyzed. The data are analyzed by applying Freudian Psychoanalysis theory. The expected result will show that emotion in adulthood is affected by childhood trauma.
Dini Prastyadi Moses Glorino Rumambo Pandin Copyright (c) 2024 Dini Amalia Sharfina Prastyadi, Moses Glorino Rumambo Pandin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 64 76 10.20473/adj.v8i1.48286 VALUE-BASED MANAGEMENT CAPITALISM VS SOCIALISM PROBLEMS IN THE ISLAMIC ECONOMIC https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/56099
The problem with both economic systems, capitalism and socialism, is that they cannot achieve the desires and aspirations of the people as actors of economic policy. Both systems prioritize profit over satisfaction or people's rights. Departing from the various problems that exist in society, the author tries to examine this problem by organizing the two Islamic economic systems. The aim is to examine the problems faced by the economic systems of capitalism and socialism in dealing with economic problems and also to see how the Islamic economic system deals with economic problems. Desk research, or "book research," is the methodology used. This is a qualitative type of research, and the data presented is more subjective and literature-focused. Unlike capitalism, which grants ownership rights over the means of production to each person, socialism does not recognize individual ownership rights and instead grants ownership rights to the collective.

Keywords: Capitalism Value Based Management, Islamic Economics, Socialism based Management
Handaru Indrian Sasmito Adi Joki Hartono Tri Nugroho Regas Panji Pratomo Copyright (c) 2024 Handaru Indrian Sasmito Adi, Joki Hartono Tri Nugroho, Regas Panji Pratomo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 77 83 10.20473/adj.v8i1.56099 THE APPLICATION OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TO THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF VILLAGE-OWNED ENTERPRISES (BUMDES) BY UTILIZING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/56130
Digital financial reporting provides convenience for BUMDes business managers in accessing well-structured data information. In recent years, financial management has evolved from its initial definition, which only focuses on fund collection and asset management, especially in analysing the sources of funds and how they are used to achieve maximum profit for the company. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature approach. Data came from references to the Village Government Law, relevant research journals, and books on village financial management. The data was analysed using the document analysis method. The results of this study state that BUMDes managers must have internalisation skills in managing records. They should be actively involved in drafting financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) and be able to compile financial reports and administrative records digitally. This will make the managers accountable for using capital funds provided by the government.

Keywords: Financial Management, BUMDes, Digital Technology, Human Resource Management
Estri Purwani Rahayu Handaru Indrian Sasmito Adi Copyright (c) 2024 Estri Purwani Rahayu, Handaru Indrian Sasmito Adi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 84 90 10.20473/adj.v8i1.56130 IMPLEMENTATION OF PAMEKASAN REGENCY RPJMD 2018-2022 FOR MANPOWER SECTOR https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/ADJ/article/view/58688
Pamekasan Regency has the authority to administer government affairs in the context of regional autonomy in accordance with Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. As stated in the 2018-2023 RPJMD of Pamekasan Regency, what is meant by this priority program are programs that directly touch the public interest, are monumental, cross-functional, large-scale and have high urgency and have a broad impact on the community. One of the priority programs in the field of employment is the New Entrepreneurship. The New Entrepreneurship Program is important because economic management is not yet optimal. Meanwhile, the success of policy implementation can be measured from the process and the achievement of the final results, namely: whether or not the goals to be achieved are achieved. This study will use the theory of George C. Edward III which holds that policy implementation is influenced by four variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.
Baddrut Tamam Copyright (c) 2024 Baddrut Tamam https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-06-17 2024-06-17 8 1 91 102 10.20473/adj.v8i1.58688
