Hubungan antara Grit dengan Kesiapan Kerja Fresh Graduate

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan grit dan kesiapan kerja pada fresh graduate. kesiapan kerja merupakan kapasitas individu yang berkaitan dengan keahlian, ilmu pengetahuan, pemahaman dan atribut kepribadian sebagai bekal untuk memilih pekerjaan sehingga dapat meraih kesuksesan. Istilah grit untuk semangat dan ketekunan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang ketika tengah melakukan sesuatu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei online dengan populasi fresh graduate dan mendapatkan 183 responden. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala grit yang dikembangkan oleh Duckworth dan untuk skala kesiapan kerja dibuat oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori kesiapan kerja oleh Dacre Pool dan Sewell yang kemudian diukur menggunakan korelasi pearson dengan SPSS 25.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini, variabel grit dan kesiapan kerja memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan sebesar 0.304 sehingga semakin tinggi grit yang dimiliki maka kesiapan kerja akan semakin tinggi pula.
