Purpose   Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has gained significant attention in recent years as organizations strive to integrate environmental sustainability into their human resource management practices.

Objective This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of GHRM and its impact on different organizational performance.

Research Methodology A total of 262 papers were retrieved from the Scopus database, published between 2014 and 2023. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer software to create bibliometric maps and networks.

Findings The study reveals that GHRM has a significant influence on environmental performance, with China, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and the UK being the top five countries contributing to the research in this field. The findings suggest that GHRM practices, such as green training and development, green compensation and rewards, and green performance appraisal, are crucial for achieving sustainable organizational performance. The study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of research in GHRM and highlights the need for further investigation into the external factors that relate to GHRM. The findings have implications for organizations seeking to align their human resource practices with environmental objectives and contribute to the development of a more environmentally responsible business landscape.
