The two commonly used methodologies in social science research for measuring latent variables. Reflective models believe that a latent variable causes its indicators, whereas formative models see the indicators contributing to the latent variable. The research paper explores each model's theoretical foundation focusing on their applicability in research domains such as marketing, psychology, and organizational behavior. In addition, the research paper analyzes these two models help in defining relationships in observable variable &amp; latent variable such a nature of construct, causality &amp; type of indicators. The popularity of Korean media influenced food culture, hairstyles, make-up type, beauty standards and coating style . In Iran, the wave also partially penetrated . Beautiful actors and singers became popular with the public, which led many manufacturers to work in the field of Korean food production, Korean restaurant construction and Korean fashion . In recent years there were a number of South Korean immigrants from Iran. Due to the popularity of the entertainment industry, many Iranian immigrants living in Korea offer Korean entertainment, cosmetics and food products through social networks and are selling them, although in Iran, Korean products are not represented due to sanctions.</p> <p>In this study, I looked at the indicators that affect the sale of Korean goods, and after looking at the effectiveness and absence of each, I ranked one using multiple regression . Five main factors were ultimately identified, with celebrity popularity ranking first, followed by the celebrities' physical attractiveness, and the third priority being that the celebrities be actual consumers of the advertised product . Leadership capabilities are needed to improve managerial competencies that play a role in influencing, coordinating, and communicating effectively. Managerial competence also creates openness, appreciation, and attachment felt by employees, thereby increasing efficiency and collaboration within the organization. In addition, this competency helps individuals complete tasks faster, more precisely, and professionally, which ultimately supports the achievement of organizational goals. One of the important factors in supporting managerial competence is training and integrative leadership roles that can be facilitated by organizations, including higher education institutions. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer software to create bibliometric maps and networks.</p> <p><strong>Findings </strong>The study reveals that GHRM has a significant influence on environmental performance, with China, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and the UK being the top five countries contributing to the research in this field. The findings suggest that GHRM practices, such as green training and development, green compensation and rewards, and green performance appraisal, are crucial for achieving sustainable organizational performance.&nbsp;The study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of research in GHRM and highlights the need for further investigation into the external factors that relate to GHRM. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with women business owners and analysed through three stages: first-order concepts, second-order themes, and aggregate dimensions. The results reveal five main motivational dimensions: altruism, cultural heritage, economic orientation, pleasure, and self-empowerment. On the other hand, challenges are classified into internal and external categories, including work-life balance, lack of technical skills, health concerns, limited funding, role conflict, and lack of public recognition. This research highlights the unique lived experiences of women entrepreneurs, particularly the way they navigate social expectations and resource limitations while pursuing business sustainability. The design of this reseacrh is called explanatory research while the approach used is quantitative. The variables in this study consist of corporate social responsibility, corporate image, and green product innovation. The research sample amounted to 112 respondents from the population of active generation Z students at Brawijaya University who consume AQUA brand bottled drinking water. The technique used to gain the sample of this research is called non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, while data collection is through a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.6 software. The results of research conduct with several series of tests show that corporate image is impacted by social responsibilities. Corporate social responsibility affects green product innovation. Green product innovation affects corporate image. Addressing operational vulnerabilities in the sterilization process, this study adopts the House of Risk (HOR) methodology to proactively identify and minimize risks that may hinder service delivery. Utilizing a qualitative single-case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with eight informants directly or indirectly involved in the CSSD operational workflow. The analysis identified 13 critical risk agents, with boiler malfunction emerging as the highest-priority risk (ARPj: 2166), followed by inadequate implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (ARPj: 1374), and goods lift malfunction (ARPj: 1352). In the second phase of HOR, key preventive actions were proposed, including SOP Control, Monitoring &amp; Internal Audit, Training &amp; Development, and Digitalization. Among these, SOP Control was identified as the most effective strategy based on mitigation priority (ETDk: 44380.5). A quantitative correlational design was employed with 76 financial technology professionals across diverse roles and organizations. Data collection employed the validated Digital Leadership Scale, which evaluates seven human-centered dimensions, along with the AI Literacy Scale that examines four essential components. Significant positive correlations were found between all digital leadership dimensions and AI literacy components, with an overall strong relationship between constructs. Operations managers showed the highest digital leadership levels while data engineers demonstrated superior AI literacy. Regression modeling demonstrated that digital leadership dimensions together accounted for 28.3% of the variance observed in AI literacy, though individual dimensions were non-significant due to multicollinearity, suggesting digital leadership functions as a holistic construct. Results indicate that comprehensive digital leadership development programs addressing multiple dimensions simultaneously may enhance AI literacy more effectively than isolated skill-building initiatives. Using a qualitative approach, the research consists of two phases. First, a value stream mapping of the production flow is created and analyzed using value stream mapping tools. Next, a fishbone diagram is developed to identify the sources of waste before proposing improvements. The research revealed several types of waste in the production process, with the most significant being overprocessing and unnecessary motion. The value stream mapping highlighted specific sections where waste occurs, while the fishbone diagram identified root causes such as the absence of a timer in the baking section and an unqualified production table. Based on these findings, targeted improvements were proposed to eliminate waste and optimize the production flow. The research has been validated using data triangulation at a single SME, providing deep insight and information. However, further research on other SMEs or using a different methodology within the same SME is encouraged. Value stream mapping and fishbone diagram is a useful combination in terms of analyzing waste in the SME scope.
