https://e-journal.unair.ac.id/jlm/article/view/67340

Ngiroboyo Beach in Pacitan Regency has great potential as a tourist destination because of its natural beauty. In addition to having a distinctive sea panorama and black sand, this beach also has interesting geothermal potential to be developed. The potential of Ngiroboyo Beach, which has not been widely explored, has led to this community service program being carried out to develop geothermal tourism destinations based on renewable energy, with a focus on increasing access to environmentally friendly electricity and improving tourism facilities. The stages of the activity include socialization, training, and mentoring for tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) regarding the use of renewable energy through the installation of hybrid PLTS and electric bicycles. The installed hybrid PLTS can produce an electricity capacity of around 400 Watts at peak lighting, as a concrete result of the implementation of this program. The electricity generated through the hybrid PLTS can be used for electricity loads for lights and sound systems to support tourism activities. The training was conducted to strengthen the capacity of the community in managing tourism facilities based on renewable energy. The evaluation results showed a positive response from the participants, who expressed high satisfaction with the implementation of the program. This program is expected to be the first step in promoting the concept of sustainable tourism in Pacitan Regency and supporting sustainable development goals (SDGs), especially in the fields of clean energy and sustainable infrastructure.
Retna ApsariYoga Uta NugrahaPrisma MegantoroSri Endah NurhidayatiPujiyanto PujiyantoSamian SamianSupadi SupadiGrace Constella Anastasya FirdauzSyahidatun Na’imah

Based on risk analysis, the community’s level of knowledge and attitude in responding to disasters plays a crucial role in mitigation efforts; thus, training and the initiation of a disaster response community are necessary. This community service program aimed to provide theoretical education and practical training on Basic Life Support (BLS), accompanied by the initiation of a fishermen disaster response community for 35 people of Kampung Nelayan, Kedung Cowek. The program was conducted at the Kedung Cowek Village Hall and included: (1) BLS education through presentations, (2) practical simulation of chest compressions using a mannequin and evacuation with a stretcher, (3) distribution of personal protective equipment for fishermen, and (4) the establishment of a disaster response community. Improvements in knowledge and attitude were measured using pre- and post-test questionnaires and analyzed with the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test in SPSS with significance level at 0,05. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge (68.66 ± 21.68 vs 95.33 ± 2.61) and attitude (50.71 ± 14.24 vs 64.95 ± 3.27) (p < 0.01). The initiation of a disaster response coastal community is expected to strengthen the tidal flood management system through adequate BLS provision, so the capacity and resilience of coastal communities are sustainably maintained.
Bambang Pujo SemediPrihatma KriswidiyatomoAnna Surgean VeteriniChristrijogo Sumartono WaloejoKun Arifi AbbasFajar PerdhanaAiri MutiarIlham RahmantoMuhammad Andika Rifqi
