Pengaruh Fear of Missing Out terhadap Social Connectedness yang Dimediasi oleh Penggunaan Media Sosial

Peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh fear of missing out atau FoMO terhadap social connectedness yang sebagian dijelaskan oleh penggunaan media sosial. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah dewasa awal dengan usia 18-25 tahun, penggunaan media sosial, serta menggunakan media sosial dari kurang dari 4 atau lebih dari 4 jam. FoMO diukur oleh Przybylski dkk, social connectedness diukur oleh Lee dan Robbins, dan penggunaan media sosial diukur oleh Ellison, Stienfield, dan Lempe. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan bantuan software Jamovi 1.6. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh bahwa tidak ada bukti yang mendukung penggunaan media sosial mampu memediasi fear of missing out terhadap social connectedness.
