Pengaruh Perfeksionisme dan Regulasi Diri terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik pada Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara perfeksionisme dan regulasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa program studi Sarjana dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 106 orang (32 laki-laki; 74 perempuan). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yaitu skala Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students, dan Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perfeksionisme dan regulasi diri secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik (p=0,006). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perfeksionisme dan regulasi diri mampu menjelaskan 9,5% varians dari prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Temuan ini membantu memetakan faktor yang menyebabkan prokrastinasi akademik sehingga dapat melakukan upaya intervensi terhadap problem prokrastinasi akademik.
