Pengaruh Job Security dan Leader Safety Commitment terhadap Work Engagement Karyawan Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh job security dan leader safety commitment terhadap work engagement karyawan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 dan sedang melakukan arahan WFH. Penelitian ini melibatkan 114 responden karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan diukur menggunakan alat ukur Job Security Perceptions, Leader Safety Commitment, dan Gallup Q12 Job Engagement Scale. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji regresi liniear berganda menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 16.0 for Windows. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa job security dan leader safety commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Serta ketika diteliti secara bersama-sama hasil menunjukkan bahwa job security dan leader safety commitment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement.
