Background: The discovery of people with TB pulmonary at Banjarnegara Regency within the year of 2021 were 45,8%, year of 2022 were 65.6% and year of 2023 118.7%. Morever, until June 2024 the discovery of suspect TB pulmonary were 21%. This number not yet reached 50% of Banjarnegara Regency target.  Behavior of community health volunteer (CHV/cadre) who held active case finding TB in community was closely relate with case detection of suspect TB pulmonary. Methods: The research design used was quantitative with a cross- sectional and observational analytics. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total of 136 respondents. Purpose: To analyze the behavior of community health volunteer  and to identify the factors influencing community health volunteer behavior to identify suspect TB pulmonary. Result: Based on research conducted with 136 respondents, 77 demonstrated good behavior in suspect identification, while 59 exhibited less favorable behavior in suspect identification. The majority of respondents had very good knowledge (92.6%), a supportive attitude towards suspect detection (65.4%), and good motivation (60.3%). Knowledge, attitude, and motivation were found to There is a relationship between knowledge (P=0.015), attitude (P=0.006), and motivation (P=0.000) with the behavior of community health volunteers in identifying pulmonary TB suspects in Banjarnegara Regency. Conclusion: A total of 56.6% of respondents exhibited good behavior in detecting pulmonary TB suspects. Further training with an interactive learning approach is necessary to enhance the capacity of community health volunteer.
