Akibat embargo tersebut negara-negara Uni Eropa perlahan menunjukkan adanya pergeseran terhadap dukungan sanksi ekonomi kepada Rusia. Fokus penelitian ini adalah alasan Polandia tetap mendukung sanksi meskipun mengalami kerugian akibat embargo.
