Perkembangan Diplomasi Ekonomi Indonesia Terhadap Tiongkok dalam Kerjasama Meningkatkan Ekspor Crude Palm Oil Tahun 2020-2023

Kegiatan perdagangan ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) tahun 2020-2023 Indonesia ke Tiongkok mengalami naik turun volume ekspor yang disebabkan oleh cuaca yang ekstrim dan harga minyak nabati serta minyak bumi yang tinggi. Dalam menganalisa isu, penulis menggunakan konsep kerjasama internasional dan teori diplomasi ekonomi, serta metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bersumber dari wawancara dan penelitian kepustakaan. Pada indikator economic salesmanship, Presiden, Kementerian Perdagangan, dan KBRI Beijing menjadi aktor yang menjalankan diplomasi ekonomi dalam peningkatan ekspor CPO. Pada indikator economic networking and advocacy, GAPKI, APKASINDO, dan GIMNI menjadi stakeholder yang paling gencar mempromosikan CPO Indonesia. Pada indikator image building, Indonesia membangun citra positif perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan membuat sertifikat ISPO, industrialisasi komoditas CPO menjadi produk olahan, dan mengadakan seminar internasional. Kemudian pada indikator regulatory management and resource mobilization, Indonesia dan Tiongkok telah menyetujui regulasi perjanjian perdagangan bebas ACFTA.
