Gambaran Anak Korban Kekerasan Pada Tokoh Hye Na Dalam Drama Mini-series Korea Selatan Mother (2018)

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran tokoh Hye Na yang merupakan anak korban kekerasan oleh ibu biologisnya sendiri dalam drama Korea Selatan Mother (2018). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis tekstual dengan melihat narasi dialog, pengadeganan, dan elemen lainnya serta konteks budaya untuk menghasilkan interpretasi terkait bagaimana tokoh Hye Na yang merupakan korban kekerasan anak yang digambarkan di dalam drama Mother (2018). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tokoh Hye Na mengalami empat kategori kekerasan, yaitu kekerasan fisik, kekerasan emosional, penelantaran secara fisik, dan penelantaran secara emosional. Melalui tokoh Hye Na, sutradara dan penulis naskah ingin mendobrak mitos dimana anak korban kekerasan selalu berakhir negatif dan rusak. Anak korban kekerasan masih dapat tertolong dan masih memiliki masa depan selama anak tersebut dikemudian hari hidupnya dijamin oleh orang (attachment figure) yang tepat bagi dirinya, yang dapat memberikan dan menyediakan kehangatan, kasih sayang, dan melindunginya dari bahaya dan ketakutan. Tokoh Hye Na yang pada awalnya digambarkan sebagai sosok yang lemah dan tidak berdaya, kemudian perlahan mengalami pengembangan karakter ketika Hye Na berganti attachment figure. Tokoh Hye Na mengalami dua pola attachment yaitu disorganized dan avoidant attachment saat berada dalama asuhan Ja Young, sementara mengalami secure attachment saat berada dalam asuhan Soo Jin.
