Uji Diagnostik Sampel Urin, Apusan Vagina, Kombinasi Urin dengan Apusan Vagina untuk Identifikasi Chlamydia trachomatis dengan Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) pada Wanita Pekerja Seksual (WPS)

Pendahuluan: Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) merupakan patogen yang paling sering menyebabkan Infeksi Genital Non Spesifik (IGNS). Pada wanita infeksi CT umumnya bersifat asimtomatis dan sering menyebabkan komplikasi, sehingga diperlukan skrining terutama pada wanita yang mempunyai risiko tinggi seperti Wanita Pekerja Seksual (WPS). Sampel urin, apusan vagina, dan kombinasi urin dengan apusan vagina masih belum banyak digunakan dibandingkan apusan endoserviks untuk identifikasi CT menggunakan Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif (NDP), nilai duga negatif (NDN), dan akurasi sampel urin, apusan vagina, kombinasi urin dengan apusan vagina untuk mengidenifikasi CT menggunakan PCR. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan uji diagnostik analitik potong lintang. Dilakukan PCR CT pada 58 sampel urin, apusan vagina, kombinasi urin dan apusan vagina, serta apusan endoserviks dari 58 orang WPS. Hasil: Sampel urin memiliki sensitivitas 75%; spesifisitas 97,6%; NDP 92,3%; NDN 91,1%; dan akurasi 91,3%. Apusan vagina memiliki sensitivitas 68,7%; spesifisitas 97,6%; NDP 91,6%; NDN 89,1%; dan akurasi 89,6%. Kombinasi sampel urin dan apusan vagina memiliki sensitivitas 75%; spesifisitas 95,2%; NDP 85,7%; NDN 90,9%; dan akurasi 89,6%. Simpulan: Sampel urin mempunyai sensitivitas moderat dan spesifisitas tinggi, apusan vagina mempunyai sensitivitas rendah dan spesifisitas tinggi, kombinasi urin dan apusan vagina mempunyai sensitivitas moderat dan spesifisitas tinggi.
