Pengaruh Workplace Incivility terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Milenial dengan Kelelahan Emosional sebagai Variabel Mediator

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku ketidaksantunan di tempat kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan generasi Y dengan kelelahan emosional sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 120 karyawan generasi Y berusia 21- 41 tahun yang bekerja fulltime. Alat ukur yang digunakan, yaitu Facet Satisfaction Scale, Indonesia Incivility Behavior Scale, dan Maslach Burnout Inventory. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji sobel test dan uji mediasi Baron dan Kenny. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa perilaku ketidaksantunan di tempat kerja berkorelasi langsung dengan kepuasan kerja p=.000 dengan nilai koefisien (β= -.520). Selanjutnya, pengaruh mediasi dari kelelahan emosional terhadap perilaku ketidaksantunan di tempat kerja dan kepuasan kerja dari uji sobel test p=.000 memiliki nilai koefisien beta pengaruh tidak langsung (β=-.274). Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perilaku ketidaksantunan di tempat kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dimediasi oleh kelelahan emosional dan mediasi bersifat parsial.
