Perbedaan Employability Mahasiswa Magang Merdeka dengan Program Magang Lainnya

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji perbedaan mahasiswa yang mengikuti program Magang Merdeka dan magang reguler pada aspek-aspek employability berdasarkan kerangka teori Dacre Pool, Qualter, & Sewell. Analisis uji beda (t-test) dilakukan terhadap kedua kelompok partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan skor employability di antara kedua kelompok partisipan hanya ditemui pada aspek work & life experience (t(240)=2,29; p=0,018; Cohen's d=0,3; 95% CI [0,128; 1,376]). Sementara, pada keempat aspek lainnya tidak ditemukan bukti perbedaan yang signifikan di antara kedua kelompok. Temuan ini penting untuk ditindaklanjuti dalam perumusan kurikulum program magang berikutnya.
