Hubungan antara Career Adaptability dengan Subjective Well-Being pada Emerging Adult

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara career adaptability dengan subjective well-being pada emerging adult. Penelitian dilakukan pada 141 partisipan, yang terdiri atas 33 laki-laki dan 108 perempuan dari usia 18-25 tahun. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan jenis cross-sectional study. Alat ukur kuesioner yang digunakan untuk career adaptability adalah CAAS-Indonesia dan untuk subjective well-being menggunakan SWLS dan PANAS. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan uji korelasi Pearson's Product Moment. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara career adaptability dengan subjective well-being, yang artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kemampuan career adaptability yang dimiliki pada diri individu, maka semakin tinggi tingkat subjective well-being individu.
