Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Tranformational Dan Safety Climate Terhadap Safety Behavior di Mediasi Oleh Safety Knowledge

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan tranformational dan iklim keselamatan (safety climate) terhadap perilaku keselamatan (safety behavior) yang di mediasi oleh safety knowledge pada karyawan di PT. X. Kepemimpinan transformational adalah pemimpin yang dapat memberikan inspirasi kepada karyawan agar dapat fokus kepada norma, nilai, dan tujuan dari organisasi. Safety climate adalah suatu persepsi yang diberikan oleh karyawan terhadap prosedur, kebijakan, serta praktek keselamatan. Safety behavior adalah perilaku yang ditunjukan oleh karyawan dalam hal keselamatan guna meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja. Safety knowledge adalah pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan akan bahaya, peraturan, dan prosedur terkait keselamatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan X, dengan sampel sebanyak 154 partisipan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Path Analysis dengan bantuan Jasp 0.14.1.0. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan manunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh signifikan terhadap safety behavior. Safety climate memilki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap safety behavior. Safety knowledge dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational dan safety climate terhadap safety behavior.
