Peer Review Process

The peer-review process is an essential part of the publication process, which improves the manuscripts our journals publish. Not only does peer review provide an independent assessment of the importance and technical accuracy of the results described, but the feedback from referees conveyed to authors with the editors' advice frequently results in manuscripts being refined so their structure and logic is more readily apparent to readers.

All manuscripts received by the editor of JIET (Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi Terapan) will be reviewed by peer reviewers according to the field of economics studies (at least 2 people) with a double-blind peer review policy. The final decision will be taken by the editor-in-chief based on the comments from the reviewers in the editorial board forum. The article review process usually takes averages 10 weeks.
