Introduction: Pneumonia leads to inflammation of the lungs which causes by microorganisms such as parasites, bacteria, viruses, and fungi. This research was conducted to describe the strong correlation between the achievement of healthy household and complete basic immunization with toddler pneumonia cases in Jember Regency in 2016. Method: A secondary data analysis, this research applied correlation research design. The data was obtained from the Health Profile of Jember Regency in 2016 in the form of data on cases of toddler pneumonia, data on healthy household and complete basic immunization. The variables studied were the achievement of a healthy household and complete basic immunization as the dependent variable and cases of toddler pneumonia at every local health center in all sub-districts in Jember Regency as an independent variable. The data collected were then analyzed using the Pearson correlation test. Result and Discussion: A secondary data analysis, this research applied correlation research design. There was also a strong correlation found between the achievement of healthy household and complete basic immunization with cases of toddler with pneumonia in Jember Regency. Supervision of healthy household by the local government needs to be improved. The role of family, the surrounding environment, and the local government on the importance of providing complete basic immunizations for toddlers in the community also must be improved.
