Pengaruh Work Overload terhadap Burnout dengan Work Social Support sebagai Moderator pada Karyawan Millennials

Millennials telah menjadi generasi yang mendominasi bursa kerja saat ini. Banyaknya laporan mengenai burnout dikalangan generasi millennials membuat topik mengenai penelitian ini beserta prediktornya perlu ditelitikan untuk merumuskan strategi manajemen yang baik bagi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, melalui kuesioner yang disebar melalui gform dengan subjek karyawan generasi millennials sejumlah 133 orang. Alat ukur work overload menggunakan alat ukur JSQ, work social support menggunakan alat ukur Social Support Scale, dan burnout menggunakan alat ukur MBI. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis moderate regression analysis, dengan bantuan progam SPSS. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara work overload terhadap burnout yaitu dengan p=0,001 < 0,05, terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari work social support terhadap burnout yaitu sebesar p=0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan work social support tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh work overload terhadap burnoutdengan nilai p=0,770 > 0,05.
