Pengaruh Resiliensi terhadap Psychological Well-Being dengan Dukungan Sosial sebagai Variabel Mediator pada Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap psychological well-being dengan dukungan sosial sebagai variabel mediator pada mahasiswa. Topik ini sebagai salah satu yang sering dibicarakan ketika peralihan masa dalam perkuliahan, stress akademik, tugas yang harus diselesaikan sehingga mahasiswa harus tetap resilien dan mencapai psychological well-being dengan adanya dukungan sosial dari teman, keluarga dan significant other. Data diperoleh dengan metode survei dan menggunakan skala Psychological Well-Being Flourishing Scale 8 item (α= 0,842), The Resilience Scales 14 item (α= 0,930), dan The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support 12 item (α= 0,760). Analisis dengan uji regresi sederhana dan teknik bootstrapping sebagai uji mediasi. Berdasarkan teknik bootstrapping menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh mediasi dukungan sosial dalam pengaruh resiliensi terhadap psychological well-being. Ditunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial menjelaskan 25% dari total effect sehingga tergolong partial mediation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh resiliensi terhadap psychological well-being dengan dimediasi oleh dukungan sosial dan jenis mediasi bersifat parsial.
