Pengaruh Psychological Safety terhadap Job Engagement pada Karyawan dengan Leader Safety Commitment sebagai Moderator

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh psychological safety terhadap job engagement karyawan yang kembali bekerja di kantor setelah periode WFH dengan leader safety commitment sebagai variable moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jumlah partisipan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 114 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara psychological safety dan job engagement, dengan arah pengaruh yang positif (p=0,005). Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa leader safety commitment tidak memoderasi pengaruh psychological safety terhadap job engagement (p=0,675). Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa leader safety commitment memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap job engagement (p=0,000).
