Data Sharing and Reproducibility
Journal’s policies on data sharing and reproducibility are based on on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Jurist-Diction permits authors to deposit all versions of their manuscripts. This policy outlines the permitted methods of self-archiving for authors, including the ability to upload their work to personal websites, institutional repositories, subject-based repositories (non-commercial), and other platforms. Detailed permissions for each version of the manuscript are presented in the table below.
