Peer Review Process
All manuscripts received will be subjected to a double-blind review process. The peer-review process is an essential part of the publication process to improve the manuscripts. All manuscripts received will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. The final decision on the acceptability, or otherwise, of the manuscripts will be decided by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers' comments presented during an editorial board meeting. Scanning for instances of plagiarism present in manuscripts will be conducted by means of Turnitin software.
At first, manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo an initial review by the editorial board, and it will take an average of 2 weeks to decide whether the manuscript passes initial screening and is considered for the peer review process or is rejected.
All manuscripts passing the initial screening will be reviewed by peer reviewers selected (at least two reviewers) by our editors according to their expertise for an average of two weeks, with a double-blind review policy. Using the double-blind review policy, all names of authors and reviewers will be hidden throughout the review process. Authors and reviewers will not identify each other in the review process.
The review process will take an average of 12 weeks (90 days) to complete. All revisions requested by the reviewers and editorial board will be sent to the authors and should be uploaded in due time. The editor-in-chief will make the final decision based on the recommendation of the editors and reviewers. The duration of the manuscript acceptance process will depend on the duration of the reviewers' responses and the authors' responses. The letter of acceptance (LoA) will be issued by the journal manager after all of the review processes are complete.
