Pengetahuan dan Perilaku Tenaga Kesehatan di Jawa Timur dalam Menghadapi Pandemi COVID-19

Tenaga kesehatan merupakan garda terdepan dalam mencegah dan menangani pandemi COVID-19. Pengetahuan dan perilaku tenaga kesehatan yang baik sangat diperlukan agar mereka dapat menjalankan tugas tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku tenaga kesehatan di Jawa Timur dalam menghadapi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan teknik non-random sampling yaitu accidental dan snowball sampling. Survei dilakukan menggunakan media lembar kuesioner dan google form. Kriteria responden yaitu seorang tenaga kesehatan di Jawa Timur dan bersedia menjadi responden. Data diolah secara deskriptif dan disajikan pada tabel distribusi frekuensi. Total responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 204 responden. Tenaga kesehatan yang menjadi responden penelitian ini sebagian besar merupakan perawat (35,3%) dan responden yang bekerja di rumah sakit (40%). Tingkat pengetahuan responden penelitian ini berkategori kurang sebanyak 19%, cukup sebanyak 62% dan baik sebanyak 19%. Pada variable perilaku, didapatkan 0,5% berkategori kurang, 17,6% berkategori cukup , dan 81,9% berkategori baik. Mayoritas responden telah memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup namun perlu ditingkatkan terutama pada aspek waktu isolasi masyarakat yang terinfeksi dan mengenai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) minimal yang harus dipakai pada saat praktik sehari-hari.
