Pelayanan Apotek sebagai Upaya Adaptasi di Masa COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan di apotek wilayah Pulau Jawa pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan cross-sectional melalui survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik non-random sampling secara accidental sampling menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden secara offline maupun online. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini antara lain apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian yang bekerja di apotek di wilayah Pulau Jawa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Dalam survei ini diperoleh 177 responden tenaga kefarmasian yang terdiri dari apoteker (40%) dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian (60%). Mayoritas responden adalah perempuan (84%) dan berusia 17-25 tahun. Lokasi apotek terbesar berada di Jawa Timur (89%) dan didominasi oleh jenis apotek mandiri (72%). Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar apotek telah memberikan pelayanan adaptif selama pandemi dan memberikan informasi terkait COVID-19 kepada pasien. Sebagian besar apotek (78%) telah menerapkan pelayanan berbasis online sebagai upaya adaptasi selama masa pandemi. Pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek telah beradaptasi dengan kondisi pandemic namun perlu adanya peningkatan pada aspek pemberian informasi terbaru mengenai perkembangan situasi pandemi. Apotek yang belum menerapkan layanan online diharapkan dapat meluaskan pelayanannya di bidang telefarmasi.
