Journal of Theoretical and Applied Management (Jurnal Manajemen Teori dan Terapan), with registered numbers ISSN 2548-2149 (Online) and ISSN 1979-3650 (Print), is a peer-reviewed journal published three times a year (April, August, and December) by Universitas Airlangga. The Journal of Theoretical and Applied Management is intended to be a journal for publishing articles reporting findings of applied and fundamental business management research with a focus on Asia and other Emerging Market perspectives.
We invite contributions related to human resource management, business strategy and policy, marketing management, entrepreneurship, and other areas related to management. Our approach is inclusive, and we welcome a diverse range of methodological and philosophical perspectives.
The Journal of Theoretical and Applied Management is accredited in SINTA (Science and Technology Index) at grade 2 by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) managed by the Ministry of Education, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia according to the Decree No. 164/E/KPT/2021.
