The skill of designing a business plan is one of the important competencies that entrepreneurs must have. Writing a business plan requires precision so that various interested parties can easily understand and trust the document. This study aims to describe: (1) business planning analysis in terms of marketing aspects; (2) business planning analysis in terms of operational aspects; (3) business planning analysis in terms of human resources; and (4) business planning analysis in terms of financial aspects at the Gama Private Center non-formal education institution. This research is a study by applying a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Qualitative data analysis, namely by collecting, condensing, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and final reporting. The findings of this study show that Gama Private Center develops business planning by analyzing four aspects, namely: (1) the marketing aspect is clearly analyzed by conducting market research and the marketing mix; (2) the human resource aspect by making a plan for the recruitment process, training, and compensation; (3) the operational aspect of service delivery is close to the customer, providing attractive learning facilities and methods and making standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are easily understood by partners; (4) the financial aspect of business planning is carried out by calculating initial funding requirements, identifying funding sources, calculating cash flow and analyzing business feasibility from the financial aspect
