Airlangga Journal of Innovation and Management (AJIM) has been published by Badan Pengembangan Bisnis Rintisan dan Inkubasi (BPBRIN) of Universitas Airlanggga in cooperation with the Majelis Sarjana Ekonomi Islam (MASEI) and Ikatan Doktor Ekonomi Indonesia (IDEI).

Airlangga Journal of Innovation and Management (AJIM) is intended to be the BPBRIN journal for publishing articles reporting the results of research into innovation management. Airlangga Journal of Innovation and Management invites manuscripts in the areas of multidisciplinary perspective.

The primary criterion for publication in the journal is the significance of the contribution an article makes to the literature in the innovation management of the multidisciplinary area, i.e., the significance of the contribution and the rigor of the analysis and the presentation of the paper. The acceptance decision is made based on an independent review process that provides critically constructive and prompt evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Airlangga Journal of Innovation and Management (AJIM) has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia with the category of SINTA 4 (based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology Number 79/E/KPT/2023).
