Keyakinan Diri Kreatif, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, dan Kepemimpinan Kewirausahaan pada Desainer UI/UX

Penelitian sebelumnya telah menyediakan bukti adanya pengaruh dari keyakinan diri kreatif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif yang dimoderasi oleh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kembali pengaruh tersebut pada populasi yang berbeda, yaitu desainer user interface/user experience (UI/UX) di Indonesia. Sebanyak 113 desainer UI/UX berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner pada penelitian ini, dan hasilnya adalah terdapat pengaruh keyakinan diri kreatif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, namun pengaruh tersebut tidak dimoderasi oleh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika seorang karyawan memiliki keyakinan bahwa dirinya adalah individu yang kreatif maka ia akan menampilkan perilaku kerja inovatif. Akan tetapi, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui apa yang memoderasi pengaruh tersebut.
