Jurnal Psikiatri Surabaya (Surabaya Psychiatry Journal) (e-ISSN: 2716-358Xp-ISSN: 2355-2409) is open access, peer-reviewed, and the scientific journal publishes manuscripts in the fields of mental health, neuroscience, mental disorders, psychology, psychological well-being, community psychiatry, and CLP (Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry). Geriatric, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry), In their presentations in journals, these texts have gone through a careful editing process by the editor and a review process by competent peer reviewers, and we, with a national and international reputation, have made the texts presented in this journal quality, updated, and informative. Jurnal Psikiatri Surabaya (Surabaya Psychiatry Journal) is based in Surabaya, Indonesia, and is managed by the Department of Psychiatry at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya, Indonesia, and published by Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia.

Jurnal Psikiatri Surabaya (Surabaya Psychiatry Journal) is published twice a year in May and November. Since November 2020, Jurnal Psikiatri Surabaya (Surabaya Psychiatric Journal) has only accepted articles in English.

Jurnal Psikiatri Surabaya (Surabaya Psychiatry Journal) has been accredited in Science and Technology Index (SINTA 2) by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia, since December 2022 based on decree No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00.2025 March 21, 2025. This accreditation applies from Volume 12 Number 2, November 2023 until Volume 17 Number 1, May 2028. In addition, has also been indexed in several reputable indexing intuitions, such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, PKP Index, Garuda, BASE, DOAJ, and Others.

The manuscript should be prepared according to the Guidelines for Author, arranged according to its respective template, and submitted via the Online Submission at the sidebar.

1. Any decision enacted by the journal in regard with the manuscript is based solely on the results of the assesment of the peer-reviewer(s).


2. The results of the peer-reviewer(s)' assessment are independent, cannot be influenced or intervened by any interest, including the need of prompt issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, and other requests, if any, from the Editorial Team.


3. To maintain diversiveness of authorship of the articles published in this journal, the journal considers the diversity of authors as requirement of a manuscript acceptance and priority of a manuscript publication.
