Peran Inklusi Keuangan Syariah terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Sumenep (Studi pada BPRS Bhakti Sumekar)

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengenali dan mengevaluasi kontribusi inklusi keuangan syariah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Sumenep dengan dimensi aksesibilitas, penggunaan produk dan layanan, dan kualitas pelayanan. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan analisis deskriptif sebagai metodologi yang dipilih. Penentuan besar sampel mengikuti rumus Roscoe sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 UMKM yang menjadi nasabah BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan kombinasi metode wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui uji instrumen, statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan, variabel aksesibilitas, penggunaan produk dan layanan, serta kualitas pelayanan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Namun secara parsial penggunaan produk dan layanan, tidak memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Hal ini antara lain disebabkan oleh masih terbatasnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pembiayaan syariah, serta sering terjadinya penyalahgunaan pembiayaan kredit.
