Analysis Of BPJS Drug Procurenment Management Using ABC Method (Case Study In Ponorogo Health Office)
Drugs are an important component in ensuring health services. Primary health services, namely health centers, are procured through the city Health Office using APBD (Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget) funds. There are limitations in APBD funds, so it is necessary to conduct a study of the most needed drug items and the funds absorbed for drug procurement needs. This study aims to analyze the procurement of BPJS medicines in the Ponorogo City Health Office from January to June 2023 using the ABC method so that priority items and percentages of BPJS drugs included in groups A, B and C can be known based on use value and investment value. The results of the study show that there are 111 BPJS drug items at the Ponorogo City Health Office. For BPJS drugs, the use value in group A with a percentage of goods is 19.82%, the total use value is 5,535,000 with a total use percentage of 69.54% and the total investment value is IDR 1,198,208,600 with a total investment percentage of 70.62%. Group B with a percentage of items of 16.22% Total value of 1,678,980 with a percentage of total use of 21.10% While the total investment value is IDR 344,294,400 with a percentage of investment amount of 20.29%. Group C with a percentage of items of 63.96%, Total use value of 744,968 with a percentage of 9.36% and Total investment value of IDR 154,185,564 with a percentage of investment amount of 9.09%.
