The Influence of Women Entrepreneurial Leadership on Employee Performance with Innovative Work Behavior as an Intervening Variable at UD. Sari Murni in Tulungagung
Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu unsur penting yang berperan dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi, karena pencapaian tujuan dan daya saing perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kualitas dan produktivitas karyawan. Seiring dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan di pasar global, perusahaan harus memahami dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan, baik dari segi motivasi, kepemimpinan, maupun lingkungan kerja. Pentingnya kepemimpinan perempuan dalam dunia bisnis semakin mendapat perhatian, terutama dalam konteks keberagaman dan inklusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan wirausaha perempuan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku kerja inovatif. Populasi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada UD. Sari Murni Jenang P. Lasimun, Tulungagung yang berjumlah 40 orang. Dalam teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling karena jumlah responden kurang dari 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan wirausaha perempuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan wirausaha perempuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Perilaku kerja inovatif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perilaku kerja inovatif tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan wirausaha perempuan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
