Jurnal Farmasi dan Ilmu Kefarmasian Indonesia (Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Journal) P-ISSN: 2406-9388; E-ISSN: 2580-8303 is an official journal published by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga in collaboration with Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) of East Java and Center of Excellence for Patient Safety and Quality which the articles can be accessed and downloaded online by the public (open access journal).

This journal  is a unique publication that covers a wide range of topics related to pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences research and practice. Here are some of the special features of this journal:

Focus on pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences research and practice: The journal focuses on pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences, specifically in Asian countries, which is a unique context with its challenges and opportunities. This allows the journal to provide insights and solutions that are specific to the Asian context.
Accessibility. The journal offers open access, meaning that anyone can freely access its articles. This is crucial for disseminating the sharing of knowledge and doing research to a broader audience.
Peer evaluation. The journal undergoes a peer review process, ensuring that field experts thoroughly assess articles before publication. This guarantees high-quality content that adheres to standards.

Jurnal Farmasi dan Ilmu Kefarmasian Indonesia (Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Journal) receives manuscript from the results of research (research article), systematic reviews and meta analysis that are closely related to the health sector, particularly the pharmaceutical field. Selected manuscripts for publication in this journal will be sent to two reviewers expert in their field, who are not affiliated with the same institution as the author(s), and are chosen based on the consideration of the editorial team. The review process is conducted in a closed manner where the author(s) and reviewers do not know the identity and affiliation of each. Each manuscript delegated to editorial members is examined for the final decision of the review process. The author(s) are required to respond to the review given and send revised manuscripts within the allotted time after the comments and suggestions from the reviewers have been sent. Manuscripts accepted for publication are edited copies checked for the grammar, punctuation, print style, and format. The entire process of submitting the manuscripts to the final decision for publishing is done online. 

JFIKI has been indexed in DOAJ, Sinta 2, Dimensions, EBSCO, and others indexing. This journal has been accredited as a 2nd Grade Scientific Journal (Sinta 2) by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Indonesia since 23 December 2020.

JFIKI Berkerjasama dengan ICon SEE (JFIKI Becomes a Journal Partner for Icon SEE)

Jurnal Farmasi dan Ilmu Kefarmasian Indonesia (JFIKI) telah resmi bekerjasama dengan The 1st International Conference on Sciences, Engineering, and Education (ICon-SEE) 2022 dalam hal publikasi naskah. Para peserta dari ICon-SEE yang hendak menerbitkan naskahnya pada JFIKI harus tetap mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku pada JFIKI.

Perubahan terbitan pada JFIKI (Publication Frequency Changes on JFIKI)

Kami informasikan bahwa mulai tahun 2021 Jurnal Farmasi dan Ilmu Kefarmasian Indonesia (JFIKI) akan menambah frekuensi terbitan menjadi 3 kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. Tiap terbitan tersebut memuat 13 artikel. Selain itu mulai tahun 2021 JFIKI juga hanya menerima naskah berbahasa Inggris.

Starting in 2021 Jurnal Farmasi dan Ilmu Kefarmasian Indonesia (JFIKI) will increase the frequency of publications to 3 times a year in April, August and December. Each issue contains 13 articles. In addition, currently JFIKI only accepts English manuscripts.

JFIKI Terakreditasi SINTA 2 (JFIKI Accredited SINTA 2)

Jurnal Farmasi dan Ilmu Kefarmasian Indonesia (JFIKI) telah terakreditasi SINTA 2 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Keputusan Deputi Bidang Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan RISTEK-BRIN No. B/1796/E5.2/KI.02.00/2020 pada tanggal 30 Desember 2020

Akreditasi ini berlaku mulai dari Volume 7 Nomor 1 (Terbitan 2020).
