Jurnal Layanan Masyarakat (Journal of Public Services) is a scientific journal that publishes articles on community service from the application of various scientific disciplines. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate the results of community service activities that have been achieved in the field of community service. Jurnal Layanan Masyarakat (Journal of Public Services, in particular, focuses on the main problems in developing the following sciences in community service: health, social sciences, entrepreneurship, technology, and teaching education. We mainly accept articles within the scope of Universitas Airlangga, but do not rule out community service articles from any affiliates.
 
Jurnal Layanan Masyarakat (Journal of Public Services) (p-ISSN: 2580-8680; e-ISSN: 2722-239X) has received SINTA 4 accreditation from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia based on Decree No. 79/E/KPT/2023.
 

Jurnal Layanan Masyarakat (Journal of Public Services) was first published in Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017) and was publishing a hardcopy. At the beginning of 2020 (Vol. 4 No. 1), we adopted an Open Journal System (OJS) platform.

In 2023, Jurnal Layanan Masyarakat (Journal of Public Services) changed its publication frequency from twice a year to four times a year. From 2023, Jurnal Layanan Masyarakat (Journal of Public Services) published in March, June, September, and December.

Starting from Vol. 7 No. 3 (2023), Jurnal Layanan Masyarakat (Journal of Public Services) requires the first author(s) to have ORCID ID upon submission and write it down in the manuscript.
